Returns & Refund Policy

At Kyrene Golf, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kyrenegolf.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
